What is a loaded spud?

It's a full meal, not a side. We split a large baked potato, fluff the inside, then pile it with meat, cheese, vegetables and sauces until you can barely see the potato. Most people need both hands.

Yes. Start with a plain baked potato (or a spud with butter) and add whatever you want from our 20 toppings. There's a builder on this site that lets you stack it visually before you order.

Several spuds are built without meat (the Shredded Cheese Spud and the Cheese & Beans Spud among them), and you can build your own from the vegetable, cheese and sauce toppings.
